Location amazed me. within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops. The air conditioning worked really well, crucial in Tulum's heat. Our room felt clean and comfortable, with a nice sitting area and a flat-screen TV for downtime. However, the noise from the nearby nightclub was pretty disruptive, especially since the walls seemed thin. Sometimes, I could hear conversations from the hallway or loud music, which made it harder to get restful sleep. The humidity also created a slight musty smell that lingered in the room. Overall, I appreciated the vibrant atmosphere around the hotel, but the noise levels definitely impacted the experience.

The TV serves no purpose since there’s no access to any programs!!! No fridge in the rooms is a miss considering the heat!!! Noise levels from nightclubs impact relaxation significantly!!!

Great spot for couples
We liked all of it. The staff is just amazing, super friendly and gave us the best recommendations for local food and activities. We even found a deal for the Casa Tortuga Cenote through them, and wow, what an experience. Room was cozy and had A/C too, which was a lifesaver in this heat.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality and service, I think it was acceptable.
